We are a well established and well loved King West local looking for a special person to become an integral part of our team. We are open 6 days a week starting at 4pm and also available for private function buyouts on other days. The position is to be a true neighbourhood ambassador as a lead bartender. The right person will be a pro and have a true passion for the business knowing that it is as much about the team and it’s culture as it is about the service and food, beverage and atmosphere that we offer.

Being the local “go to local” pub/bistro in an area with so much going on we know that our team makes the difference. We all bring a certain style to the table that is distinctive yet at the same time being time, tested and true. A familiar destination in the sea of changes that has been happening in the exploding King West neighbourhood. A welcome alternative to some of the dining and pure club type venues being offered.

Candidates that have demonstrated a track record of being at their past places of employment for 3-4 years plus will definitely get our attention! In the past our core team members had been with us for 3-7 plus years. You may have had some corporate experience but know that a smaller company that is run like the corporates will afford you the opportunity to grow and let some of your personal creativity shine. In today’s bar/restaurant scene you have to be many things to many people. Please have a full understanding of communication especially when it comes to respecting all of your colleagues and leading by example. That understanding of communication coupled with a firm grasp of a POS Touch Bistro system are essential. If any of this resonates send your resume in confidence.
