What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of a busy Bakery Department.

Duties will include:

• Hiring, coaching, and mentoring of team members
• Baking, cake decorating, packaging, ordering, merchandising, and stocking
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Regular housekeeping
• Administrative tasks such as inventory count, and control
• Auditing of food safety and health, and safety tasks
• Reviews of financial information to improve operational efficiencies

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• You have a minimum of high school, a journeyperson baking certificate is an asset
• You have minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory position, and food experience is an asset
• You are highly motivated, and work well in a team environment
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
