Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for both the automotive industry and finance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Automotive Finance Manager. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in helping customers secure financing solutions for their vehicle purchases while maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the finance process, explaining available financing options and assisting in selecting the most suitable plans.

Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that meet customers’ needs and dealership objectives.

Secure competitive financing rates and terms from lending institutions through effective negotiation and relationship-building.

Review credit applications and assess creditworthiness, making informed decisions on approvals and terms.

Present financing options clearly and transparently, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of their agreements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive financing trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.

Monitor the performance of the finance department, track key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Providing after sales products such as, extended warranty packages, Insurance, and protective products

Qualifications:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in automotive finance processes.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
