Description

Queck & Associates is looking for 2 (two) mid-level or senior associates to join our team. An active practice is an asset and would be preferred but is not a requirement to apply. Our firm offers a modern and competitive compensation arrangement, as well as an employment package that includes options for health benefits, CPD budget, profit sharing and share purchase opportunities. We also have a strong appreciation for work-life balance and encourage our lawyers to take control of their own practice for the benefit of both the lawyer and the firm. We focus on cultivating a healthy and supportive work environment to foster independence and autonomy for our lawyers, while still offering some of the traditional supports of a firm dynamic.

It is our belief that a law firm should be a supportive environment where all employees, lawyers and administrative staff alike, are treated with respect. We have a balance of junior and senior level associates who can provide advice, referrals, and various opportunities to grow and learn in your practice. Queck & Associates also employs administrative staff with various backgrounds and experience levels, including a full-time real estate conveyancer.

Our firm practices primarily family law, residential real estate, and wills and estates (including estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation). However, we are open to hiring associates with practices in various areas of civil law. If you are interested in learning more, please see our website at https://www.quecklaw.ca/careers/ .
