MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE WOODWORKING INDUSTRY!

  • Are you an Architectural Millwork/Construction Project Coordinator with a proven track record of coordinating several complex architectural millwork projects AND looking to join the largest custom architectural millwork company in Canada? Our team is growing!
  • As a Project Coordinator for PSF you will be responsible for applying our methodology and enforcing project standards on company deliverables throughout the life cycle on architectural millwork projects.
  • You are a highly motivated, participative coordinator with a proactive approach and you possess exceptional customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills that you have grown from a genuine approach.
  • You have a proven track record coordinating projects involving problem solving, decision making and business reasoning skills with excellent prioritization, time-management and organization and an ability to work under resource constraints in a fast-paced environment. Your exacting attention to detail ensures project accuracy and quality and your project success includes positive fiscal outcomes of purchased materials and services (estimate vs. budget) through proactive coordination and management.
  • Your skills are accompanied by 2 or more years of project coordination or drafting / CAD programming roles in an architectural millwork or woodworking setting and a post-secondary education in business, engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of education and hands-on millwork workshop related work experience would be considered.
  • You remain open to learn and understand the fabrication and integration of millwork, veneer, cores, solids, glass, steel, stone, fabric, and associated millwork languages (LEED, AWMAC, OBC and trade references). Paramount amongst your working knowledge is custom millwork, commercial construction, woodworking, fabrication, manufacturing and installation methods and the ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and specifications.
