Robert Half is actively searching for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join an innovative team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks and expense reports. This dynamic department will provide you with opportunities for career growth and advancement. The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a permanent position based in the Regina, Saskatchewan area.

Your responsibilities

- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

- Manage full-cycle A/P

- Assist with internal and external audits as needed

- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

- Provide customer service to internal business partners
