What will you do at Ciena as an AI Engineer?

AI & Analytics team develops data science and machine learning tools, as well as optimization algorithms to be used on the scale of global networks. We are a team of machine learning authorities and serve as an AI center of excellence for all Ciena’s lines of business.

We are looking for a data-obsessed individual to join our AI & Analytics team.

Some Of The Responsibilities Will Include

• Designing and developing ML pipelines
• Engineering and developing data pipelines
• Building full-stack applications to showcase data science
  

What You Bring To The Table

• You must be able to code - we write a lot of code
• Graduate degree where you used advanced mathematics – we read a lot of papers with math

Technologies you will be working with and will get training for:

• Machine learning: mostly Tensorflow, sometimes Pytorch, almost never scikit-learn
• Apache Spark
• Cloud technologies such as Kubernetes/Kubeflow
