KeyAg Kubota, a well-established agricultural, industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Leduc is looking for an experienced AG or HET Working Shop Foreman, who has solid service experience, with working knowledge of service policies and procedures and who will maintain a high level of customer experience and department performance in our Leduc store!

Responsibilities:

• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts regular spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
• Manages warranty and rework to assigned targets
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Makes customer satisfaction a department priority
• Effectively communicates with Customers, Sales and other internal stakeholders as required on service issues and responsibilities
• Handles customer concerns immediately according to the dealership’s guidelines
• Ensures customer and employee satisfaction through positive communication and leadership
• Experienced with diagnosing and resolving routine and complex issues
• Responsible for balancing both technical support and administrative roles
• Fosters an environment of active participation and staff involvement that maximizes the talent of the shop staff
• Mentor and train mechanics and apprentices
• Understands, complies, and advocates government and company health & safety requirements

Required Skills and Attributes:

• 3-5 years in a Shop Foreman or Supervisory role in an Ag Dealership setting
• 5 + years as a HET & Ag Certified Technician
• Red Seal Certification an asset
• A respectful, positive attitude and disposition
• Self starter with a passion for working in a high energy, fast paced service department
• Driven to learn new technology
• Displays professionalism and a very strong customer service focus
• Strong Computer skills – Word, Excel & Outlook
• Has Experience with Dealer software packages
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong spoken and written English
• A valid driver’s license and a clean 5-year abstract
