(*As of October 31, 2021)Your Role:In this role, you will analyze, own and remove risk to Invesco assets regarding Security vulnerability management to protect company reputation and data. Support technical leads in the coordination and reporting of Security policy to maintain team directive of zero vulnerability across all Infrastructure technologies. Performed in accordance with company methodology and principles.What you will be response for:

• Act as a subject matter expert in analysing, coordinating and prioritising activities in relation to Security patching related activities.
• Create and present metric based reports to senior management that tracks team success. Drive accountability to ensure Invesco risk profile is maintained to zero breach in compliance.
• Own policy and process associated to Security patching governance. Improve and make recommendation to governance, based on evolving industry standards that remove risk to assets and data.
• Own management response to audit findings and challenges, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders within agreed time frames.
• Coordinate activities in relation to Change Management (ITIL standard), Exception management and build successful relationships with all interested parties.

Experience you bring:

• College Diploma or University Degree in a related discipline
• Formal business analysis training and/or qualification
• Proven experience in a Technology Business Analyst role in Financial services industry. Preferable Technical mindset in a previous Technology Security based role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Familiar with ServiceNow, ITIL Framework, PowerBI,
• Understand how vulnerabilities present a threat in a multitude of Technology platforms, the challenges associated to the environment that enable gauging of risk profile
• Expert written, oral and presentation skills
• Expert document writing and presentation skills
• Ability to create dynamic and captivating presentations
• Ability to write detailed and comprehensive requirements, gathering Technical analysis and make recommendation to problems
• Proficient in writing detailed Change Management documentation
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate at all technical levels with ability to influence outcomes
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment
• Creative problem solver with solid time management skills
• Structured, disciplined approach to work, and good attention to detail
