Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a prominent Canadian petroleum refining company located in Norman Wells, NT. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a range of on-site administrative duties. This role involves overseeing general on-site administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, a background in customer service, and exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills. - Shifts : Monday - Friday | 40 hours / week

- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, laminating, and shredding
- Handle mailroom duties, such as sending and receiving documents/supplies by mail, post, courier, or charter
- Order and coordinate materials and supplies, including office furniture, ergonomic equipment, and stationary
- Support emergency response teams and room organization
- Coordinate events and serve as an ergonomic assessment contact
- Provide printer/copier and other on-site IT support
- Assist with hiring processes, including internet postings and interview arrangements
- Support community events coordination
- Manage confidential records and file room operations
- Offer administrative support for Joint Information Center (JIC), including meeting minutes
- Assist overall leadership with various administrative needs
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with moderate work direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
- Strong administrative coordination abilities
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
