Job Brief

Be a part of our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk, working remotely to manage data collection, analysis, and input into our online systems and social media platforms. This is a full-time remote role, offering a unique chance to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into various computer systems.
  • Type in data provided directly from various sources.
  • Updating and maintaining database information
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Communicating with other departments to gather information
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
