Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Montreal

Are you looking for your next position in administration? Would you like to be introduced to the world of accounting?

Our client, an accounting firm located in downtown Montreal, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team!

Your Profile
  • One year experience in administration
  • Bilingual, excellent French skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Detail oriented and multitasking

Your Role
  • Manage the administration mailbox and perform tasks as requested
  • Layout, proofread, correct, print and distribute the firm’s documents
  • Produce financial statements, letters, offers of services, etc.
  • Assemble corporate and personal tax returns (electronic and paper)
  • Update Excel files
  • Maintain client files in an orderly, current and well-organized manner
  • Electronic filing of tax returns
  • Follow-up on client files and checks sent to the government
  • Execute other tasks related
