Battle City Tactical Laser Tag offers Ontario’s premium Laser Tag experience.

Battle City in Oshawa is in search of an Office Administrative Assistant to support our management team. Applicants should be motivated, self-driven and have good people skills.

In addition, our Team Members must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and excel in providing a high level of service to our guests.

Qualifications
o This is a part-time position with approximately 12-hours a week,
o Schedule is open for discussion but weekends may be required from time to time,
o Eligible to work in Canada,
o 18 years of age or older,
o Clean Criminal Record Check
o Customer service experience preferred,
o Administrative Assistant experience is a plus,
o Bookkeeping and Accounting experience is a plus,
o Experience with Quickbooks is a plus,
o Basic computer and internet skills required,
o Ability to speak on the phone professional required.

Tasks
o Responding to emails,
o Answering phone calls,
o Completing inspections,
o Completing audits,
o Cleaning,
o Bookkeeping / Accounting.

Additional Skills
