Robert Half is in need of an Accounting Clerk, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). What you get to do every day

• Put together statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources
• Report financial facts to journals and ledgers
• Support Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, help with collection of past due balance, and process daily invoices/credit
• Posting daily cash
• Assisting the Controller with reports and projects
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
  

Requirements

As the Accounting Clerk, you must have:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
• Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required
• Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage
