Accounting Clerk

Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and payable tasks
• Payroll processing
• Data entry and administrative duties
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years work experience with accounts payables and receivables
• Must have obtained a minimum DEP in accounting
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (Navision a definite asset)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (French and English)
