We are looking for an Account Manager specializing in broadcast and digital advertising to join our Toronto Sales team. Reporting directly to the Toronto Retail Sales Manager, you will represent our radio brands, Z103.5, Lite 88.5, Proud 103.9 and AM530 CHLO in a courteous and professional manner.

Our Account Managersare responsible for prospecting new partnerships and growing existing client partnerships on all available platforms. As a member of the Toronto Sales team, you have a proven track record of exceeding budgets and expectations.

Our Sales team is made up of experienced sales professionals who partner with clients using a consultive sales approach. The Evanov Communications sales team brings top tier ideas to life for our advertising clients and has a great time in the process!

Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is self-motivated, loves to learn, and is determined to be successful. Job Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients
  • Carry an impeccable track record of sales success in developing multi-media marketing solutions to clients
  • Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships
  • Report on digital campaign performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trend
  • Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.
  • Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing
  • Work with sales co-ordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns

Critical Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Post-secondary education degree/diploma in Business/Marketing
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with good analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Problem-solver and results driven
  • Previous multi-media sales is a desired asset
