About the role:

Inside Ideas Groupis looking for a high-energy and quick problem-solving Account Manager to join their onsite (hybrid) team!

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running and development of brands for a key client. In this role you will keep a pulse on the overall business and an eye toward management. Our teams have an agile WOW that allows everyone on the team to interact with clients.

What you will be doing:

  • You will lead the flow of projects from brief development through execution including but not limited to leveraging our project workflow tool to create and manage projects, develop timelines, manage creative reviews, asset development delivery and more
  • Support the Account team with day-to-day tasks and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Builds strong relationships with day-to-day brand team members at junior to mid-levels
  • Maximize brand team interactions by providing consultancy on advertising best practices
  • Be a brand steward and leader while keeping a pulse on the competitive market
  • Collaborate with creative teams to solve brand challenges
  • Partner closely with Community Managers and Social Analysts on month social content calendar
  • Manages IAT and cross-capability teams to deliver strong 360 activation plans

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Solid understanding of digital and social channels and processes
  • You must have had exposure working in a client facing capacity
  • At least 4 years of experience working on social/ digital projects
  • You should be ambitious and eager to progress quickly
  • You should be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively and succinctly
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively, manage multiple priorities, and help sell creative work
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
