Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food service sales or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the food industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
