They have a vibrant culture, impressive leadership team, and 2x longer tenure comparative to the industry average. We have successfully placed more than 5 people on their sales team and have seen multiple individuals get promoted.

About the role: Account Manager
  • Responsible for managing and fielding all customer requests and inquiries that come from the outside sales team, inbound customer inquiries, or emails
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers with consistent touchpoint cadences that can lead to increased revenue and volume in sales
  • Work closely with production and sales team to complete estimates and project requests
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of their projects
  • *Note* - Post-COVID, this role will require the person to be based in the office Monday-Friday
Requirements For Consideration
  • 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Strong business acumen, ambitious, with a strong work ethic
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Must be able to report into an office in Port Coquitlam
Compensation
  • Base salary + annual bonus
  • Total income $55K
